We want you to be 100% satisfied with your mattress. One of the benefits of a Williams CO. mattress is the customization available, should you find you want to make a change. With our one year coil exchange guarantee, mattresses purchased through Williams Co. include up to 1 year to exchange the firmness of your coil.

We ask you to try your mattress for 30 nights. If after 30 nights (and during the first year of owning your mattress) you find that it is too soft or too firm, we will send you the alternative (plush or firm) coil unit at no cost to you. This excludes our retail partners, and retail locations will be responsible for comfort exchanges for sales made within their location.

After your first year, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10 -Year non prorated warranty on mattresses.
